Steakhouse Tango — Restaurant in Palma

I recently visited this restaurant and left feeling underwhelmed. The food was okay, but it lacked flavor and could have benefited from more spices. Unfortunately, my meat was not cooked to my liking, and even after I sent it back, it still wasn't quite right.

What really left a bad taste in my mouth, however, was the service. When I politely shared my feedback with the staff, they didn't take it well. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they began discussing my comments with their colleagues in Spanish, seemingly unaware that I could understand their conversation. This lack of customer-friendly service was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.

To make matters worse, I felt that the food was overpriced for what you get. The portions were decent, but the quality and flavor didn't match the price tag. And to add insult to injury, they automatically added a tip to the bill without my knowledge or consent.

Food is great service was 10+, prices are medium, however I won't come back due to bad atmosphere, too many peasents escaped from a country with no sea and too much reatrictive rules and this restaurant are tolerating them, at the expense of civilized clients and not only!! Donno, maybe there's a ban on alcohol and fun in their country, or maybe the sea has this nasty effect on them, like the full moon on ware wolves, as otherwise, I cannot explain the lack of social respect towards others....poor people, I kind of feel petty for them, and I'm from Eastern Europe :))) , and I am sure in their native country they do behave accordingly!! I've honestly never had such a bad experience in a restaurant as this one. The staff is only concerned with getting through as many people as possible in a short time. Once you've placed your order, the dishes arrive within 5 minutes. The result is that your meat is burnt on the outside but still raw on the inside. They should have skipped the salad that comes with your dish. They throw some iceberg lettuce on the plate, quickly add some dressing, and that's it. If you gave that to a rabbit, it would probably turn its nose up at it. The price for this awful meal should be low, but even that's disappointing. I warn others: Never go here!
