Beach Club H2O — Restaurant in Palma

I don't know how to rate this club restaurant. From brilliance to despair and back again. The first time we came, we ordered two Morning bikini breakfasts, and we got sandwiches and coffee, but without fresh juices that were also included in those packages, and we were charged something completely different. The second time we were there (somewhere around 10:00 p.m.) We waited a long time to be served and left after 15 minutes. The waiter saw us, but for some reason known to him, he did not serve us, even though there were 18 guests in the restaurant, together with us. The third time we went there, everything was excellent, the waiter served us immediately, we didn't wait for more than a few minutes for food and drinks, in a word, everything was perfect. Next time we went there we ordered cocktails. Mine was excellent, but my wife and daughter didn't really like theirs, but I suppose that it's a matter of taste. We ordered coffees during our stay at the beach, they were excellent and also at reasonable prices. I got the impression that the service mostly depends on who serves you. For the waiter with a mustache I can say that he behaves like a pure professional, super helpful and super kind. Others I cannot define. The music inside is one of the best in the...

A nice eatery and drinking pool. The place can be pretty busy during peak times with people have breakfast lunch and evening dinner. Get s little quiet in the late evening even though its opener alcohol till midnight possibly due to tourism still to get back to norm. As you can deduce by the name, the place is beach themed with light blue paint and everything you would expect on a beach....yes I know it is located on the beach strip. The weather was pretty miserable the day I went, so sat inside which was quite nice, again probably because it was quiet but the tables are well spaced so would not feel crammed in even when its busy. I had a nice mixed paella with a cup of latte, the rice was al dente and well seasoned, Portion was just right with the seafood perfectly cooked. After sitting for 25 minutes we had to wave and yell to get a staff members attention. To clarify, it was NOT busy and only about 5-6 tables were occupied. When we finally ordered drinks, they took over 15 minutes to arrive. We then waited another 20 minutes for our food. The table beside us had to actually walk inside to even order.

We were severely disappointed about the food. The beef burger was awful & the chicken sandwich was tasteless. The only reason the food gets 3/5 stars is because the fries and drinks were good.

The wait staff (seemed to only be 2 men) were inattentive and blatantly ignoring customers. The restaurant itself was a mess. Dirty dishes all over the tables and bar. Leftovers from other customers sat on the tables for the entire time we were at the restaurant.

I will never eat at another h2o restaurant after this experience. A large waste of time and money that could be better spent...
