Bertoldo's pizza — Restaurant in Palma

I just had a beer there and it was served together with a tapa; the tapa (a kind of green tortilla cube) didn't look appealing but... it was astonishing. If they can do that with a simple tortilla I cannot wait to see what they are capable of.

I have to add that the place smelled real good, like when they are cooking everything from scratch.

Es ist ein kleines Restaurant, das vom Aussehen nicht viel her macht. Direkt an einer befahrenen Straße. Wir haben an einem der 5 draussen stehenden Tische Platz genommen. Die Wirtschaft wird von Asiaten geführt, die sehr nett und immer lächeld die Gäste bedienen. Sehr viel Auswahl bietet die Karte nicht, was für eine "Pizzeria" nicht gerade von Vorteil ist. Eine Pizza Salami gibt es laut Karte überhaupt nicht, ich habe sie aber auf Anfrage doch bekommen. Zusätzlich hatten wir noch eine "Tonno". Es gibt die Pizzen in 2 Grössen, 31cm und 44cm. Zum Glück haben wir die "kleine" genommen, die große hätten wir nie geschafft. Wir waren wirklich überrascht, wie gut die Pizzen schmeckten . Die Tomatensauce ist irgendwie würziger als bei uns. Man hat uns noch einen Krug mit selbstgemachter Chili-Öl-Sauce hingestellt, damit gab es noch mal ein Geschmacks - Plus. Die Pizzen kosten in "klein" so um die €9,50 und die Großen so...

Very kind staff always trying their best to attend to clients and provide a good service. Always love stopping here for a coffee and also their noodles are great, cheap, and in a big portion. Great to sit out on the terrace throughout the year, and I'm happy they got it back.
