Mission: Escape Blanquerna — Attraction in Palma

Really disappointing customer service. We came to the place in person at 7pm to make the booking coz the phone was going to voicemail. One person told us that his colleague might be able to take walk-in. We didn’t mind waiting but if it was possible to get the game straight away that would be great.

Second person came to us and clearly just wanted to go home instead of service us. He said we can’t book the game in person and we need to go online or call over the phone. I went online because they didn’t pick up the phone and went to the voicemail. We booked online but no confirmation arrived so I call few more times until they answered to confirm the booking. It was 7:27pm at that time and I asked if the online booking went through. They said it didn’t, so I asked to book us over the phone and the guy said it’s not possible coz it has to be two hours before the game (it was 7:29pm by then and we were booking the game for 9:30pm, so still within two hours before the game). He said the system wouldn’t take the booking, but the first guy said if he was not with the other group he would’ve take us.

On their website it says you can book within less than two hours before the game if you call over the phone, I asked about it and the guy said it must be mistake. Well…

Basically lazy guy who wanted to go home on Friday night instead of making our experience of Mallorca nice. I feel sorry for the first guy who needs to pick up the others guy slack. Don’t waste your time...

Such a well thought out Escape room! We did Almacén 232 (Warehouse 232) and it’s intricate and exciting, and definitely more than a little frightening. It is the most difficult room, and there were only two of us, which I think made it more difficult (but not impossible!) so I would recommend perhaps taking one or two more people in your group with you.

The creator of the game is very friendly and is very immersed in the character he plays, which adds to the whole experience. Thank you for a great (and terrifying!) night,...

Celebramos un cumpleaños (11 años) y elegimos la sala "Ladrón de los Recuerdos". Fue una experiencia genial.Lo único que nos decepcionó fue que solo se diera una hora para resolver el enigma (no es justo que el tiempo sea el mismo para niños que para adultos) y la cerradura...

El personal fue muy amable y ayudó a los niños durante el juego, agradecemos. Al final, hubo un problema con una cerradura secreta: los niños no podían abrirla, y tuvimos que pedir ayuda porque parecía estar atascada o rota, lo cual afectó la experiencia y el tiempo... Los niños lo pasaron genial. Aun puntos para mejorar desde mi punto de vista: Revisar todos los mecanismos antes de cada sesión para evitar que algo atascado o roto retrase el juego, como ocurrió en nuestro caso.

-Ofrecer un pequeño detalle simbólico al cumpleañero, refiero de niños: puede ser un diploma, una postal, una medalla simbólica o cualquier otra cosa que haga que el cumpleañero se sienta especial.

Extender el tiempo para juegos infantiles. 1 h30 min sería mucho...
