You'd be better off finding somewhere else. We went to eat a few streets away and were greeted very warmly. The staff at Dragon Sushi clearly don't understand what sustainable hospitality means. They treated us very rudely. Apparently, they have more lucrative businesses behind the scenes than selling food and drinks?

We were three adults and two children, and we wanted to eat sushi today (April 9, 2025) around 10:30 p.m. The children desperately needed to go to the bathroom, so they quickly ran to the Dragon Sushi restroom. My partner was standing right in front of the counter and wanted to choose something from the menu. Suddenly, an employee shouted at the children... "No! No! No!" and ran to the restroom, where the children were already, loudly ordering our children not to use the restroom and to leave. We were guests, though, and we were planning to order food. The children were irritated and afraid that a woman would come into the restroom with them and start yelling loudly. So my partner quickly went to the restroom and another employee came over. My partner tried to explain that we wanted to order sushi and that the children needed to go to the restroom first. After a short, very rude conversation, the second employee let the children go to the restroom. The three of us adults waited at the counter for the children and debated whether we should order anything at all after such awful treatment. Then suddenly the second employee approached us (apparently the owner or restaurant manager) and ordered us all to leave the restaurant immediately. We think it's outrageous to deny children access to the restroom and to scare them. We will never enter this restaurant again and warn everyone else not to. This is simply not how you treat your potential guests. It is a violation of human dignity not to allow children aged 6 or 7 to use the restroom. :-( It would have been reasonable to let the children have their way. Wir wollten Suhi essen und sind somit Gäste gewesen. Darf man nicht vor der Bestellung bei Ihnen auf Toilette? Wenn Kinder ganz nötig müssen. Ich kann und werde nicht dankbar sein, dass ihre Mitarbeiterin den Kindern Angst gemacht hat und ihnen bis auf die Toilette gefolgt ist. Es gab keine höfliche Verabschiedung. Sie sagten zu mir: Die Kinder waren auf Toilette und wir sollten gehen. Im übrigen kann ich Englisch verstehen und sprechen und habe ihnen auf Englisch erklärt, dass wir Essen möchten und die Kinder auf Toilette gehen müssen. Ihr Verhalten ist eine Enttäuschung für uns alle und nicht gastfreundlich. Wir sind anschließend wo anders Essen gewesen, obwohl ich sehr gerne Suhi esse und mich darauf gefreut habe.

Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und wollten gerne heute (09.04.25) gegen 22:30 Uhr Sushi essen. Die Kinder mussten sehr nötig auf Toilette und liefen daher sehr rasch Richtung WC vom Dragon Sushi. Ich selbst stand direkt vor dem Tresen und wollte mir etwas auf der Karte aussuchen. Plötzlich rief eine Mitarbeiterin in Richtung der Kinder...No!, No!, No! und lief zu den Toiletten, wo sich die Kinder bereits befanden und fordert mit lauter Stimme unsere Kinder auf, nicht die Toilette zu benutzen und zu gehen. Dabei waren wir Gäste und hatten vor Essen zu bestellen. Die Kinder waren irritiert und hatten Angst, dass eine Frau mit in die Toilette kommt und mit lauter Stimme herumschreit. Also ging ich schnell in Richtung Toilette und es kam eine weitere Mitarbeiterin dazu. Ich versuchte zu erklären, dass wir Suhi bestellen wollen und die Kinder aber vorher nötig auf Toilette sind. Nach einem kurzen sehr unfreundlichen Gespräch lies die zweite Mitarbeiterin die Kinder doch auf die Toilette gehen. Ich wartete am Tresen mit zwei weiteren Erwachsenen auf die Kinder und überlegte noch, ob ich nach dieser miesen Behandlung überhaupt etwas bestellen sollte. Dann kam plötzlich die zweite Mitarbeiterin auf mich zu (anscheinend die Inhaberin oder Restaurantleiterin) und forderte uns alle auf, sofort das Restaurant zu verlassen. Für mich und meine Freunde ist es ein Unding, Kindern die Toilette zu verweigern und ihnen Angst zu machen. Ich werden dieses Restaurant nie wieder betreten und auch jeden davor warnen. So behandelt man seine potentiellen Gäste einfach nicht. Es ist eine Verletzung der Menschenwürde, Kinder im Alter von 6 und 7 Jahren nicht auf die Toilette zu lassen. :-( Es wäre zumutbar gewesen, die Kinder gewähren zu lassen. Somit fühlen wir uns sehr erniedrigt und mussten das Restaurant ohne etwas zu essen...

This was the best sushi i have eaten and i dont know why it has bad reviews but this was an amazing experience and the waitress was so nice and gave us many recommendations. My family ordered buffee and many things was included and cheap. The total was 75€ for alot of things that we ordered. For one person its about 10-20€ per person and the price was amazing for everything. Starters were also included in the buffee and i think thats very generous. I think that for me the resturant gave me japanese vibes and i think that everything was amazing. I would recommend this 100% for people who loves sushi and for me this was an amazing experience.
