Goiko — Restaurant in Palma

We came, my partner and me, to Goiko with excitement. Is been a long wait for a Goiko opening in Palma and the few time I’ve been to Goiko, on the main land, it was amazing.

We ask for the food and it literally took 1 minute to be served when the place was packed. This is already a red flag. My partner ask for a salad and they served the wrong one, and they only have two on the menu. I ask for a Don Vito and you could tell is had been sitting cooked for a while and also de fried patatos.

I stared eating while they were fixing the salad and by the time I finished my food they brought the salads but this time missing nearly all the ingredients 😳

I mean “come on”

In all this process the team of waiters were friendly but they didn’t apologize once. They all have a walky on their ear and now what’s going on, “so”. On top of this we could see how on the kitchen the cooks were complaining of having to redo de salad several times.

First time today as a guest who make 60k per month, i excpect professional buisness! Special for the price Goiko want from me! Food was bad and boring and loveless! My wife needed even 7 hours later vomited it all out! Because she felt so bad! Potatoes und Fries are cheap deep frozen and after deep fried they are tastles trash, even still cold and not crispy like potatoes have to be! We ate chicken tenders, sauces was very generic and tastles, drinks we had slushy are sugary ice cold, and also nothing to impress someone in terms of taste. Place was clean, women toilets had no option to close, which was very weird situation, there was only 2 tables busy in a complete place. Looks also like service personal dont like their jobs, based on their faces, I dunno which kind of idea is behind this buisness, but it is bad! I recently had the pleasure of eating at Goiko, a fantastic burger restaurant. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of perfect. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, setting the stage for a delightful meal. I was served by Luz, who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal.

I ordered the "Hat-Trick" burger, which was an absolute delight. Every bite was packed with flavor and the ingredients were fresh and well-prepared. Luz recommended a light beer to accompany my meal, and while I can't recall the name, it was the perfect choice—refreshing and wonderfully light, complementing the burger perfectly.
