Manager is the rudest person

Went for a meal and order a selection of fried seafood. The quality of food was absolutely disgusting. I work for the industry over 8 years and I have never experience service like this. I send the dish back and the only thing that I get is the manager shouting at me and my friend that the food is great and it is not a McDonald. Also he said that when he comes to my country he pays for the food that he doesn't like and complains about it. I was happy to.pay for the dish but with his attitude I was really offended. It was our last night in Palma and that kind of ruined it. As a restaurant manager near the port, he should know what a good quality cooked seafood looks and taste like. If there is no rating thats what the place deserve.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. While the location looks nice and the waiters were friendly and welcoming, the food was a major letdown.

I ordered the Carabela platter, which included various shellfish like mussels and clams. Sadly, the seafood was poorly cleaned and cooked. The mussels still had the seaweed attached to them — a clear sign they hadn’t been properly prepared — and everything was excessively salty. It felt rushed and careless.

Even worse, I developed gastroenteritis the next day, which completely ruined part of my trip. Afterward, I read other reviews and discovered that several other tourists had the same experience.

I truly regret not checking reviews beforehand. Hopefully, this one helps others avoid the same mistake. ❌ I absolutely do not...

€20 for 7 prawns that weren’t even deveined is just wrong. 3 tables including mine where occupied when I was dining yet again the waitress was sweeping the floor and then mopping it! Not welcoming at all. And not once I was asked how my food was. When I approached her about the prawns not having been cleaned beforehand, I was told it’s part of the prawn first ( really…) and then that no chef or manager was around to discuss it… By the time I cleaned my prawns, the dish was stone cold and there was still grit in the oil which made it inedible.
