Manager is the rudest person
Went for a meal and order a selection of fried seafood. The quality of food was absolutely disgusting. I work for the industry over 8 years and I have never experience service like this. I send the dish back and the only thing that I get is the manager shouting at me and my friend that the food is great and it is not a McDonald. Also he said that when he comes to my country he pays for the food that he doesn't like and complains about it. I was happy to.pay for the dish but with his attitude I was really offended. It was our last night in Palma and that kind of ruined it. As a restaurant manager near the port, he should know what a good quality cooked seafood looks and taste like. If there is no rating thats what the place deserve.

I ordered the Carabela platter, which included various shellfish like mussels and clams. Sadly, the seafood was poorly cleaned and cooked. The mussels still had the seaweed attached to them — a clear sign they hadn’t been properly prepared — and everything was excessively salty. It felt rushed and careless.
Even worse, I developed gastroenteritis the next day, which completely ruined part of my trip. Afterward, I read other reviews and discovered that several other tourists had the same experience.
