Leaving a review as more of feedback than review. This place is in a fantastic location and is a great place to visit . What we didnât like was the way you order . As we sat down an iPad was put down on the table between us all which was the menu . Iâm all for moving with the times but give me an old fashioned menu. One of us read the drinks menu out . Wasnât sure if we had to âadd to basketâ or a human was coming back to start with. We opted for a drink first . The food looked lovely so thought we might have a snack before moving on. Went to the bar as no staff around . Found a lad busy on his phone who then gave me another iPad . I ended up going back and asking how to get the food on it as so many drop downs . Took it to the table , started scrolling then in iPad fashion , screen went black and didnât know how to get back on to menu! We literally couldnât be bothered to look or order . Believe me im not a dinosaur when it comes to technology but I like to look and choose not read out a list to the rest of the table. This is the reason I refuse to go to Nandoâs. Itâs lazy waitering . Perhaps at least have the option of an old fashioned menu. Only negative part was the waiter (tall with dark hair). At first friendly and we ordered drinks and food by telling and additionally showing him the pictures in the menu. He had issues finding the drink in his handheld and searched longer. After a short while, we received the wrong drink and directly said it to his colleague who brought these. Then, the first waiter only came to us to tell us that we ordered the wrong drinks and it would not be his fault. After our response that we ordered the others and even showed him the picture, he repeated several times that it was our fault and not his. I directly told him that he calls his customers liars if he acts like this and that repeating the wrong thing does not make it more right.    Read moreI came here with a friend after a long day at the beach and I ordered a Bohemian WRAPsody. I ate half the wrap even though it tasted a little weird until I saw the slightly raw chicken. I called the server over and they remade it. The bartender then came over and let me know that it was free. When it was time to pay the check, my meal was charged. Never in a million years would I have thought theyâd charge me for undercooked chicken. When I brought it up to the server he said that the second wrap was free not the first one. Obviously the second one should be free if theyâre making it right and cooking the chicken. When I tried to get an explanation the server said the chicken wasnât raw but slightly undercooked. How does that make any sense? Honestly not worth a 14 euro wrap. Other than that...
