Flip Flop Bar — Restaurant in Palma

As flip flop bar may be a good place for German tourists to have a drink and listen to 80's top charts, I don't recommend staying for a dinner. The menu is not very clear - the translation, list of allergens and ingredients are kind of there but it's not detailed enough. The person taking my order didn't know what 'vegan' means, even though speaking good English. He wasn't very helpful and just said he doesn't know what's in the food. I had to ask him to talk to the cook about the ingredients but he returned to say he still doesn't know what's in the food. Seriously? I assume they only heat up tv dinners from a supermarket in a microwave. So as long you're ok with this it's a fun place to be as the decor is all flip...

We went here tonight to have dinner and a cocktail but the waiter was very rude and said that she was very busy and told us to "be ready to wait long because there is too much work". After waiting 15min she went to ask us what we wanted to order but then she suddenly said that the kitchen was closed, leaving us without food she could said before we sit and wait 15 min to only come back and say what u want us sitting with a dirty table still....terrible custom service clearly they don't care ! Idk how this place can be rated 4.4. Though the service is fast, the prices are low and the view is nice... the food is HORRENDOUS. The food selection is tailored for tourists and non-authentic af. We got lasaggna and chicken curry, the curry was literally the worst I've ever had, with the chicken being extremely dry and the curry ultra watery, and the lasagna was 100% microwaved. Extremely disgusting, I would never come. Low prices shouldn't translate into...
