Probably the worst experience of my life in any restaurant.
You have to scan the QR code on the table and order and pay through that and then they bring it to you. As a tourist, we had no Internet, so we tried their wifi and got inside to even get a signal, but it was so bad, that we couldn't order that way.
After struggling with that, the girl working there gave us the little paper menus and a pen to circle what we want. The paper was black, pen didn't work and she disappeared again, so I had to go find another pen. I got one from another employee and finally managed to circle the options, which were in spanish, so we had to translate the words first, then circle them. Again, the wifi barely worked so it took us a while to accomplish that.
With all that mess, we circled one wrong option on the wrong paper. We explained that we just made the mistake with that 1 ingredient so they were nice to help and get us the order we needed. After 10 mins, they brought the food, but it was wrong. I showed them 1 by 1 which ingredient goes in which order and they saw the mistake. 15 mins later, we finally get the food and surprise surprise, it is wrong again. We decided we will just eat it.
The chinoa was undercooked, the chicken was cold. It was just a bowl with all the ingredients in it. I swear to god the chicken was straight up cold as I ate it.
Keep in mind, at this point we are here for over an hour, hungry and extremely annoyed.
The reason for this mess is that this place uses scanning a qr code to order, while their internet barely works. To top that, the employees barely spoke English and this is not a rural area, this is a top tourist destination.

Read moreExcellent, fresh food but very problematic ordering. On our first visit we were the only customers, and could order directly to staff and got our food served almost immediately at a table inside.
On our second visit all tables inside were occupied or reserved, so we had to take a table outside, even though it was raining and chilly at the time. On the tables outside, direct ordering of beverages was allowed, but direct ordering of food was not allowed and had to be made through the QR code on the table, we were told.
Of course this meant that we got the drinks for our food even before we had even managed to order the food. For ordering the food through the table QR code, only two options existed, even though we sat at a table at the restaurant: "Take away" or "Home delivery". We chose "Take away" since ordering home delivery to the restaurant's own address seemed too odd. For ordering, an online account had to be created first. We finally managed to place an online order ten minutes after arriving at the restaurant.
Twenty minutes later, restaurant staff came to ask if the order was ours. We confirmed and continued to wait. Five minutes later, almost 35 minutes after arriving in the restaurant, we got our starters. The staff explained that the QR code on our table was broken, so they had no information the order was ours. Appearantly it was a well known problem with the QR code on that table, but we had received no information about that. After even more waiting, we got our main dishes and then dessert. By that time we were obiously freezing very much. There were no blankets or heaters...

I've been there 3 times for the benefit of the doubt and every time is the same story, with different waiters/waitress so I suppose it is the restaurant philosophy. Too slow, it took 45 min from the order until we received the food + all the 3 times, the people in service speaking between them and not attending to the clients (we needed to stop them and ask them several times for a take away cup for example or for more water) + the third time I booked online and when there they told me the restaurant is FULL so we decided to order take away.
