Noti Specialty Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Palma

Recently reopened under new management and formerly called the Garden Cafe, this is an absolute gem of a place to go for breakfast, brunch or an afternoon treat. Coffee is the best you'll find in Palma - unlike so many cafes, Cafe Noti have a proper Barista that really knows his stuff, and it shows! The owner (after whom the cafe is named) is clearly passionate about food and their new menu (in several languages!) has something for everyone. I loved the Benedictina (eggs benedict) with delicious fresh bread, perfectly poached egg, bacon and a delicious home made hollandaise sauce! The only redeeming quality of the cafe was the fine refreshing cup of matcha which I was able to consume however I was horrified at the brownie that my friend was served as not only was she forced to pay the large sum of 5.50€ the quality of the brownie was apparently lacking as it seemingly was made with “organic” ingredients. Additionally once the check was served they immediately assumed that I was to pay the entire bill and did not even offer to split requiring me to have to rather embarrassingly ask, additionally after a short lived 20 minutes I was forced to leave the premises. One of the best specialty coffee spots I’ve ever been to — Noti is something else! Marco, the roaster, truly lives and breathes coffee. We tasted different origins, geeked out over processes and flavor profiles… I ended up grabbing a bag of their Geisha to take home — absolutely next level.

The vibe is super welcoming — I was greeted so kindly, asked how I liked my coffee, and felt like I was chatting with friends who really care. It’s not just about serving coffee — it’s about passion and connection.
