Gisteren, nadat ik eerst verkeerd had gereden, belandde ik toch bij dit bijzondere grillrestaurant. Ondanks de iets vroege aankomst heerste er een rustige en vredige sfeer. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en voelden ons meteen op ons gemak. Wat vooral opviel, was het vlees: perfect bereid, met een ideale balans tussen een knapperige buitenkant en een sappig interieur. Hier weten ze precies hoe een goed stuk vlees op de grill moet worden behandeld, zodat elke hap een waar feest is. Als je in de buurt bent of gewoon een liefhebber bent van uitstekend vlees, raad ik je zeker aan om hier eens te gaan dineren.

Yesterday, after initially driving in the wrong direction, I still ended up at this exceptional grill restaurant. Even though we arrived a bit early, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at ease. What stood out most was the meat: perfectly prepared with an ideal balance between a crispy exterior and a juicy interior. They truly know how to treat a fine piece of meat on the grill, making every bite a real celebration. If you're in the area or simply a meat lover, I highly recommend trying this place.

Ayer, después de haber conducido inicialmente en la dirección equivocada, terminé en este excepcional restaurante de parrilla. Aunque llegamos un poco temprano, el ambiente era tranquilo y apacible. Fuimos recibidos con mucha calidez y de inmediato nos sentimos cómodos. Lo que más destacó fue la carne: preparada a la perfección, con un equilibrio ideal entre una corteza crujiente y un interior jugoso. Realmente saben cómo tratar un buen trozo de carne a la parrilla, haciendo de cada bocado una verdadera celebración. Si estás en la zona o simplemente eres un amante de la buena carne, te recomiendo encarecidamente que visites este lugar.

Gestern, nachdem ich zunächst in die falsche Richtung gefahren war, landete ich schließlich in diesem außergewöhnlichen Grillrestaurant. Obwohl wir etwas früh da waren, herrschte eine ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Am meisten beeindruckte mich das Fleisch: perfekt zubereitet, mit einer idealen Balance zwischen einer knusprigen Außenseite und einem saftigen Inneren. Hier wissen sie genau, wie ein gutes Stück Fleisch auf dem Grill zu behandeln ist, sodass jeder Biss zu einem wahren Fest wird. Wenn du in der Nähe bist oder einfach ein Liebhaber von hervorragendem Fleisch, empfehle ich dir wärmstens, dieses Restaurant einmal...

I have mixed feelings. I have been twice. The first time, we were served by a pleasant waiter (with a beard), full professionalism. Food good, fresh, well seasoned. Come it initially went to another table because the old lady did not know where to give it put it on another table. 🫣🫣🫣 Today we showed up again, entered the only room with air conditioning - at the bar... Only one table occupied. Unfortunately, we did not have time to sit down and we were asked out by this elderly lady (maybe the owner). Maybe it's special places for locals.... She made us sit at a table in the sun .... Temperature 34°C Unfortunately the level of service very different. Maybe the old lady shouldn't serve guests since she washes tables and chases guests away ..... Too bad because the...

Absolutely fabulous. We were looking for a local restaurant with good food that was not specifically targeted for tourists (most around are just like that) and we completely nailed it. Lovely decoration, perfect for dining with at peace with dim lighting on the outside and classic feeling on the inside. Great appetizers, nice wine and outstanding meat! It was certainly some of the best seasoned and best cooked steak I have tasted in a long time. The owner clearly takes pride in the restaurant as she was very helpful, polite and all around lovely. Finally, it is fair priced. It is amazingly refreshing to find this little pearl after so many tourist-grabbing dubious restaurants. If I ever come back to Arenal, this will be the first spot I'll be visiting....
