We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Restaurant 1907, perfectly situated in the vibrant main square of Pollença. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience — a seamless blend of authentic charm, delicious cuisine, and top-tier service.

What truly made our evening exceptional was Louise, who was nothing short of outstanding. Her warm, professional demeanor immediately put us at ease, and her attention to detail was second to none. Whether it was recommending dishes, ensuring everything was perfectly timed, or just her friendly conversation, Louise went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Her positive energy and genuine care elevated the entire evening.

The food was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor — fresh local ingredients, creative touches, and perfectly balanced flavors. The setting, right in the bustling square, added such a special atmosphere, blending lively Mallorcan spirit with relaxed elegance.

The worst restaurant orner in the world 😂 we waited outside for someone to take our order (the weather was not great, but the terrace was set up, covered and with customers eating on the spot), nobody came after 20 minutes (you can see that hésitez very interested in the customers!). I went to see the restaurant owner to ask him if someone could take our order outside, to which he replied "you can order but you're serving yourself, I don't want to be sick tomorrow, go to McDonalds instead". We visited this restaurant on 3 evenings and two lunchtimes during our stay in Pollenca and it was amazing.

This restaurant was also where our hotel hosted our breakfast and again this was beautiful.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the quality and choice of food was amazing. If you are ever in Pollenca this restaurant is a must visit.

In addition to the amazing service on returning one evening from our private elopement ceremony we were made to feel like royalty by the staff and this was a great end to our special day.
