Great location, but cold service and incorrectly labelled items. Ordered a vegan burger (€20!) that clearly said on the menu comes with sweet potato fries AND onion rings. It turned up without any onion rings, and when questioned I was brushed off with them saying they’re not vegan, and the burger I ordered is just from the burger menu, without the items that are non vegan. Not true, as ordered from the vegan section! The burger was also burnt and without any sauce inside it, so it was very dry. No offer to take money off the bill seeing as one of the advertised items (onion rings) was included in the description but was not served. €20 for a handful of fries and a dry burger! Completely brushed off. Maybe don’t advertise vegan options if they contain milk and don’t come as part of the advertised meal? Photo to clearly show menu says it should come WITH onion rings and the meal was incorrectly advertised for...

Squeezed in without a reservation for our last holiday meal. Lovely mussels starter, octopus cooked excellently, mash it was on could have done with seasoning/cream/?rosemary. Ordered sirloin, but entrecote arrived (delicious and perfectly cooked), but not what was on the menu or explained. Sons pancetta pizza had the slithers of plastic still on the pancetta- not much comment from the staff. Daughters fries were like concrete. Ordered drinks between courses, but the young waiter forgot and they arrived as we finished. Which isn't much use for red wine (as nice as it was) when I've eaten the steak. "Pancetta con plastico" and "chips como concreta" 3 stars reflects the quality of the rest...

Unfortunate!

We have been to this restaurant several times when it was Numero Ocho.

This evening was our first trip since the rebrand. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be returning. The menu was very small and so were the portions.

The service was excellent and the staff were delightful. Unfortunately however, the food wasn’t so. The paella was fine and the vegetarian options were acceptable. However, when the sea bass arrived it was over cooked and dry, meaning we had to send it back.

Overall we feel that this restaurant has declined significantly since the rebrand. A real shame considering it was always one of the best...
