Wow what an amazing place. We absolutely loved it. The service is just amazing here. The girls Flor and Caty were so friendly and the Giovanni, the gentleman who directed us to our seat and gave us our menus was so lovely. We live here now and he was telling us which bodegas we had to go to. Honestly, I couldn't fault this place for the genuine pleasure to serve us and make us feel happy. The tuna tartar and gyozas were AAAAH-MAAAAA-ZING darling!!!! I wasn't too keen on the patatas bravas I prefer the cubes rather than chips, but that's my opinion. Also I really didn't like the fried sea bass. Thought it was rather dry and tasteless, maybe it was originally frozen? I love the fact that this restaurant has more modern fusion options to the menu. That said it really didn't deter me at all from the whole experience which was 5* and I will definitely be going back to try something different. Thank you for the lovely experience!!...

Showed with reservation at opening time of 6pm. We were one of the very first guest there. Was seated right away and given menus. Was informed by waiter that table was needed by 7:30 which we had no problem as expected to be done and leave by 7pm. Made our orders by 6:10pm, our drinks arrived by 6:15pm and out starter arrived by 6:25pm. Then nothing while we waited for our main meal. We watched others showed up, order, get their drinks, main meals, get their desserts, and pay their bill and leave and never were we attended to and never our food showed up. Waited 1 hour with no attendance or explanation from staff as to where our food was or if we would like another drink.

Looked directly at staff and felt like they were avoiding eye contact with me.

Horrible experience for my wife and I and made to feel like 2nd class citizens while everything else felt more important to them.

I'll start with: the food was amazing! The Japanese chicken dumplings, and fillet steak were incredible! Now - on to the bad bits...

We booked a table for 9pm. We were finally sat down at 10pm (after left standing with no drinks or apologies). Once sat down, our first drinks order was taken 45 minutes later. Once they arrived, the starters arrived (they were terrific) around 30 minutes later - so 1 hour and 15 minutes after we first sat down. Our daughter didn't have a starter. 10 or so minutes later, our daughter's pizza arrived. She ate that alone, while we waited another 30 minutes for our meals - by which time she had finished.

We complained, and had the entire meal free of charge (including drinks).

We went for a family meal - which means eating together - not 20 minutes apart. I feel sorry for the kitchen, as the meals were incredible, but the service...
