Club Pollença — Restaurant in Pollença

Dreadful service, we were sat outside and ordered the menu of the day which included starter, main and dessert. It is worth noting several tables who sat after us were served before. After the starter we felt cold and ask two waiters to sit inside. They just said yes and walked off, left us there standing with our glasses and cutlery in our hands like lemons. We eventually had to find our own table inside where we then got completely ignored. The second course never arrived when we pointed this out the staff just looked at us and said ‘we didn’t know you came inside’ which is a total lie. So we decided to leave and pay for what we had. I left my husband to pay whilst I waited outside frankly too annoyed at this stage to deal with the staff. When he came out we worked out they charged us for the full three courses menu when I only had the starter! Daylight robbery. Avoid...

Disappointed to see the negative reviews. We have visited Pollensa many many times and last week was the first time we have been tempted for more than a drink in this place. Excellent food ( menu del dia is superb value, given the location) Quite imaginative menu which was well cooked and presented , not as prodictable as some in the square. Lovely service, a little unhurried,( what is the rush ?) but great care of customers and supportive of our attempts at spanish. We went twice a week and were welcome back the second time. We have done many places in Pollensa and this is well up there in term of service , food and atmosphere. We will definitely be back!...

We waited two people to be served for 15 minutes. No one came. When the rest of the group joined us, the six of us sat in the middle to be more visible. While waiting for service, we used the restroom. At that time, the husband, after another minutes of waiting, asked for the card. We got one for six people. The waiter didn't seem like he wanted to serve us at all, more like we were just a problem. With such treatment, we found that there was no point in waiting for someone to take an interest in us.
