Panord forn Pollença — Restaurant in Pollença

Updated from 1 star to 5 star. Went a few days later, completely different service. I went in and ordered, paid and they brought it to my table.

We sat at a table for 10 mins, no service. I could see the waitress was busy. Decided to order at the counter, waited 5 mins to be told to sit down and order at the table. Waited another 10 mins, still no service. We left. Only 2 people working. Waste of my time, quite frustrating. Cakes looked good though. Not sure this place is tourist and...

I sometimes buy my bread here and well it is not the best but not too bad. I went yesterday 05/06/24 to buy my Reyes 🫅 “roscón de nata” . I paid 12€ for a 6 portions cake.m, and it turned to be the worst roscón I ever had in my entire life. What a disappointment considering they claim to be a “forn” that is a hand made baker. This roscón is worst than the one I could have bought in Lidl or Eroski. Really disgusting industrial stuff that not even the dogs...

I am on the terace for the past 25 minutes and no one came to take my order, I went inside to order myself because i thought it might be better, but I was told to wait outside...and I am still waiting, they dont even look at us on the terace...I never understood thouse workers :)) if I wanna help you and order from inside why you send me to wait outside and dont even come to take...
