We decided to go here for the Menu d'el dia, 14/02/24 @18 euro. The starter was "Valentine" soup, which was pumpkin and ginger, and quite good. My second course was Pizza Margerhita, which was served no more than warm, and the top was set hard (as if made hours before ) also very salty. I told the waiter that I was not happy with it, and he took it away. It was returned soon after still only warm, with a leathery texture. The waiter, after a minute or two, returned, then asked me if I was happy with it. I said no, it was not nice, to which he replied, "well don't come back here again" ! It reminded me of Basil Fawlty, in Fawlty Towers. There was no sympathy or respect, just outright rude. We all know Pizza is a dish that does vary a lot, but this was a very poor version, and I did not need to be told not to return, as why would I ? I must say that apart from dismay that my Pizza was awful, I have never in 60 years been spoken to in a restaurant, by anyone...

If this wasn't enough, the panacotta topped with a fruit compote finished our meal. As per normal my free drink was a very light and fresh rose. Superb friendly service and very quiet edge of town setting. 100 per cent recomend. Well done. Steve and...

Friendly service only one remark. 2 out of 3 similar pizzas were ordered with chilli and not marked which was a little unfortunate so the kid now bit on chilli and cried 😅 regardless we will go again next...
