Sin duda, the service is really good. Personally for me, the food was okay. We started of with a Tuna salad which was nice. I will say though since the tuna and olives are quite salty I think they should have put less rock salt on the salad.

I had the fried goat and my partner had the chicken escalope.

The chicken escalope was really tasty, but a bit dry.

I have a feeling that frying the goat isn't easy, it probably can be hit or miss. I think this time was a miss. I was expecting the fatty and stretchy parts to be crispy, and meat to be soft but the meat was chewy. Or maybe the goats in Fuerteventura are tough 🤷🏽‍♀️The cook may have been a bit heavy handed on the oil for the roasted garlic because I couldn't taste any garlic.

When it comes to softs drinks, they surprisingly don't sell any fruit juices, only Fizzy drinks.

I spent three days in Fuerteventura and I found this restaurant. I was drawn in by the fish and meat options. Not everything was available on the menu because of Epiphany, so I didn’t get exactly what I went for, but I chose the octopus and pork with patatas fritas as an alternative and loved every bite.

The waiter was also great and very attentive. In the end, I even needed a cab because I’m from the USA and didn’t know the area well and he offered to call the cab for me.

Fui a cenar sola, que a veces es peor porque no puedo probar varios platos, y aquí ha sido fantástico, porque tenían un plato degustación con varias cositas, la presentación ha sido fantástica, las cantidades bien. He de destacar los champiñones rellenos de langostinos que son los mejores que he probado en mi vida, era una mezcla de sabores perfecta, super sabrosos, con una textura exquisita. Recomendaré a todo el mundo este sitio para que pruebe esos champiñones. El resto del plato también estaba bien, sobre todo el quesito frito. La atención ha sido buena y muy rápida. Y el precio muy bien para el servicio que me han ofrecido. Además antes de traer el pedido, me pusieron un entrante invitación de la casa muy rico, una tosta con jamón serrano, estos detalles me encantan y hace que un sitio destaque por encima que el resto. También pedí un poquito de pan, que me lo pusieron con alioli, muy rico. Si pudiera poner una pega, que no es un pega sino más bien una petición, es que entre sus postres ofrecieran Polvito canario.
