McDonald's — Restaurant in Pulianas

Confession. I hate McDonalds. But my kids were hungry and they wanted something quick and easy. The restaurant was Clean, modern, spacious. We used the computerised self service ordering system, which you then collect at the counter. In lots of languages and easy to navigate visual menus. Food options appeared greener than in the UK with some nice looking salad options and sides other than fries. Having said this I haven't been in a UK McDonald's for some years so my memories of soft brown and yellow stuff may be out of date. The kids enjoyed the food. Prices were ok but portions not that massive. The family were satisfied but I still felt hungry after a salad, a drink and a side. All in all I have to be honest and say not a bad effort, but I won't be rushing back. It's just too contrived, too predictable, too overly processed, too corporate, too McDonald's !!! One gripe. The carpark is directly off of a fairly busy roundabout and quite narrow. Cars were flying off the roundabout directly into the carpark, making getting out of a parking space a bit of a hit and...

Inexperienced staff and they can not cope at busy times there’s only one person serving at front, no body speaks English in a tourist area. To prevent confusion, have been ordering from the kiosk, the staff receive the order in Spanish, but they deliberately miss of things from order and give incorrect items. Have to complain multiple times and write what is wrong on google translate and explain with gestures, even then they act as if they do not understand.

Only place we found fillet of fish in Granada, hence the visit but old chewy food, even after specifically saying I need it cooked fresh.

Dos días seguidos se equivocan conmigo. El primer día que se equivocan voy por mcauto expresamente a canjear una oferta de calcetines, antes de pedir pregunto al que me atiende porque quiero acumular puntos y hacer el canjeo de los calcetines, hasta aquí todo correcto. Realizo mi pedido y cuando llego a casa resulta que no tengo los calcetines. Llamo al restaurante y me dicen que son ofertas limitadas y ya no tenían más, o bien se les ha olvidado darme los calcetines o si es verdad que no quedaban más me lo podrían haber dicho cuando pregunte por la oferta ya que es caso de no haber calcetines hubiese realizado otro pedido diferente, no me gustan las hamburguesas de ternera y la pedí expresamente por los calcetines. Total que por teléfono me dicen que me pueden dar una taza x las molestias, que no me interesa tanto ya que pude haber ido a canjear la taza pero no lo hice. Voy el segundo día por mcauto para que me den la taza prometida por teléfono y a mi sorpresa me empiezan a pelear por la taza, finalmente me la dan después de unos minutos de discusión. Mientras me estaban peleando por la taza resulta que habían atendido cinco coches por habían llegado después de mi, me dicen que avanze para que puedan salir los otros coches, al final resulta que me tengo que bajar del coche para que me den la comida y en la ventanilla me dicen que no he parado, después de tanto esperar cuando llego a casa COMIDA FRIA. Puedo entender una confusión el primer día, pero que por pelearme una promoción en la que se equivocan conmigo y llame por teléfono atiendan a cinco personas que llegan después y que por tener que esperar me coma la comida fría me parece una vergüenza. No les pongo una queja porque me fui mosqueado y no caí y no voy a volver a ponérsela porque paso de ir expresamente a ponerles la queja. Seguiré confiando en mcdonald's pero NO VOLVERÉ A PISAR ESTE...
