Ramen Shifu — Restaurant in Reus

Such a great restaurant, for several reasons! Our kids are fans of dragon ball Z so we couldn't pass this restaurant without entering. It is so beautiful inside, great walls, lights and displays full of characters. Service is great and friendly. Although the waiter couldn't speak much English ( and we just a poco Spanish) it was fun to communicate. He helped us great and with patience. Kids could choose the tins and so on. Really liked the ramen here! The broth was very flavorful. Had spice level 5 and it was perfect if you like your lips burning from the heat! The crispy chicken was not crispy unfortunately, but we did have it at 22:00 so it might’ve just been late. Wouldn’t recommend the rice since it wasn’t anything special. And it was too bad they had so many pork options (for someone who doesn’t eat that) and that it couldn’t be replaced cause the combinations seemed delicious. Staff was friendly, interior really cool! We visited Spain for a nice vacation and dined at Shifu Reus, where the food was amazing, but the service was subpar. Our server, Paula, was unprofessional and rude. She took our order with a frown and made us feel unwelcome. When our order arrived, she dropped the plate on the table, making the experience uncomfortable. As a hotel GM, I was disappointed by her lack of professionalism, which reflected poorly on the business. I hope the manager will address this issue and consider retraining or...
