We went here for tapas and were served the tapas that we ordered, that’s about the only good thing about this experience. The food was frozen and microwaved, it was obvious as it was really dry and the plates were piping hot. Mussels were grey and beige. Really expensive too for some tapas. We asked 3 times for the bill. We asked for a price reduction and they were extremely passive agressive. Waiter said that we had never eaten a real tortilla and it’s supposed to be dry (and apparently microwaved), ironic since I live on the island and have plenty of tortilla experience. Super rude waiters, threw the card we payed with in my friends face. Can’t take any criticism at all, just look at other reviews. We only asked to be met halfway. I’ll hear back if I get food poisoning. You’re better off eating...
Read moreNice very central bar right on the main Plaza with indoor and outdoor seating. The interior has recently been renovated (used to be two separate businesses- hairdresser and bar) now made into one large bar. TV inside, plus a semi private dining snug upstairs. In the summer the great majority of clients occupy the sunny terrace opposite. Decent "normal" tapas, pa'amb'olis, pizzas etc, and good coffee, beers and vino. Not the cheapest (well, Soller prices just keep going up and up in general) but very traditional. Great for a nice coffee and croissant, and/or freshly squeezed local orange juice. Popular with tourists,...
Read moreExcellent cafe and such wonderful staff. Whilst I refused the table service as I could see how busy they were, my service was great and I was made to feel welcome all the way though. Food being ordered was good value for money as well as a good portion. Plenty of people ordering food and fast service! The beer tasted great and the seating was relaxing with a great central view of the cathedral and tram that went by. As the barman left with his 2 children he made time to acknowledged me which was above and beyond. All were great staff and really enjoyed this visit...
