We hosted a get-together for 60 friends at Blai last August, and it was absolutely perfect! Martin and his team were fantastic—always attentive, making sure there was never an empty glass. We kicked things off with aperitif drinks during sunset, featuring unforgettable Palomas. The food was incredible—thoughtfully crafted for all dietary preferences, including vegan-friendly options.
