This place has pavement appeal and Miami beach vibes, but unfortunately the service lets them down and is one of the worst dining experiences I have had. The menu is great, so we dropped in during the morning to make a reservation. The waiter who was manning the till, handed us a card and told us to call the number on the card and turned his back on us. It was only until I said, "we are here now, we want to book a table without calling you" did he do it. We should have known then that service wouldn't be great. Fast forward to the evening reservation we made. We arrived on time, was asked to be seated to wait for the table and to have a drink. No drinks arrived. We were shown to our table and left there with no explanation of how to order and no menus, only a QR. We could have been sat there some time unless we stopped one of passing waiters who was in a fluster. The staff (apart from the front of house) seem to be stressed out in busy times and the service frantic. That stressed feeling is then passed on to the clientele which isn't great. The food was nice, apart from the cold potato that took two attempts to correct which meant that my dining companion and I didn't eat at the same time and they had added two drinks from the bar area to the bill that we never had. The serving team need to take a leaf out of the front of house guys book. He was composed, charming and appears to be the graceful swan under pressure, whilst the others a visibly trying to keep their heads above water. We had booked for a second night during our stay, but didn't go back after...

Read moreTable was booked for 19:30 and admittedly some of the party didn't arrive until 19:40. Service a little slow but was initially pleasant. I do have to say that the food was good. However the issue arose after completing the main meal. The waitress asked if we would like a sweet and as we had just finished our main course we asked if she could give us a few minutes and then bring the dessert menu. While waiting for the dessert menu a waiter came to the table bill in hand and asked us to move tables as another party of people were coming in. My friend politely pointed out that we were still waiting for the dessert menu and as such had not finished our meals. This is partly due to the slow service. Things then became a little strained because of the situation which suddenly became ok as they then placed the other party elsewhere? Question is if they had a free table why not seat them there in the first place? Both my sister and I asked to speak with the manager and he rudely told to wait. We explained the situation and he was pretty much uninterested. Never in my 58 years have I been asked to relinquish my table at a restaurant half way through a meal anywhere l have been. My father was born and raised in Sóller and worked in the restaurant industry in Mallorca and the UK all his life up until he retired. He would be ashamed of the service we received if he was alive today. I will NEVER frequent this restaurant...
