The atmosphere and the service are lovely and very enjoyable. But, honestly, I have barely been this disappointed by a sea food dinner, like I have been at Ses Oliveres. We ordered a starter with squit, which was recommended by a waiter and which was very yummy. Our main were two "fresh" fish (around 200€ for both). The fish unfortunately was not that fresh, as you could see the eyes weren't totally clear. We still decided to give it a shot as the waiter took time to explain and advice us on which fish to pick and he did it very professionally. The fish came with 5 side dishes, 3 of them were too salty, the salad was simply huge leafy chunks with something that tasted like an instant dressing and in total I must say the side dishes did not fit the price of the total meal AT ALL. The first fish tasted good, the second though was also way too salty. Additionally what disappointed me was that I called the night before to make the reservation and ask for a little gesture for my sister, as we had an occasion to celebrate. As a family we don't go out for dinner often, so we went there for this special occasion. I was promised a glass of Cava for my sister that would be ready at the table,I would have paid for the glass. But when we entered the restaurant, there was no table with a glass on It. It was simply forgotten, which I found to be very disappointing, so I ordered a bottle for the table instead. At the end we were offered a free glass of spirit for each, which is a very kind gesture and we took it. It still won't make up for the price and the quality of the food.

All in all I am sorry that we had this experience, I trusted the reviews. I will not recommend...

food was nice, that is the one star. if the situation that i described below was handled better, i'd have given more stars.

i have a raw shellfish allergy and i think some parts of the crab we ate was not 100% cooked and it triggered my allergy. my allergy reaction is quite mild; itchy and swollen lips and throat.

i told the waiter about it with the intention of letting him know that the seafood in the paella is not fully cooked and i had an allergic reaction. i did not want any refund or free meal, i just wanted him to know, perhaps tell the chef; i'd understand if it's a timing mistake. he frowned at me, and said 'but you ate finish.' my boyfriend ate 95% of the seafood; i clearly stopped after feeling nauseous, why would i continue eating?

he proceeded to tell us that the jelly part of the crab cannot be cooked further but i was not talking about the jelly part (i know that cant be cooked much/eaten), i was talking about the flesh!!! he then said the crab is usually cooked like that on a paella and other people had no problems with it. afterwards, he tried to gaslight me and said i should have a pill for my allergy reaction. the thing is, ur seafood should be thoroughly cooked no? whether on a paella or not? if i'd known that the seafood is meant to be like that, i'd have told the chef to cook it longer. he made me feel so bad for having an allergic reaction and even gaslit me?...

Visited in mid-August 2025 during our trip to Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

The restaurant has a good reputation, and my sister enjoyed the paella, which was delicious. However, there were some things that could be improved.

We waited almost 30 minutes in the heat (35°C) before getting a table. The owner finally found us a spot, but inside there was almost no air conditioning — just a few vents on the walls, which didn’t cool the entire room. It was very hot during lunch.

At first, our waiter was not very friendly and seemed tired. He didn’t explain the menu well when we had questions. Later, we moved to another table because of the heat, and the second waiter was much nicer and brought the paella for my sister.

I wanted fish, but the menu had very few options, and the fish dishes were too big for one person (mainly for 2–3 people). The menu itself was quite small with not much variety. So instead, I ordered the tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad and homemade fries — both were fresh and very good.

We also had dessert at the end. The food quality is good, but prices are a bit high, which is expected in tourist areas.

Overall: tasty food, especially the paella and salads, but the waiting time, the heat with almost no air conditioning, the limited menu, and the prices make it an...

Unfortunately, we had a really disappointing experience here. It started with the staff, who were extremely unfriendly from the beginning. We clearly ordered half a liter of sangria, but they brought a full liter instead - it felt like a deliberate upsell or even a scam. Then came the paella, which was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. There were barely any pieces of seafood, and the few that were included were cold and slimy. The dish itself looked unappetizing: brown instead of the vibrant, golden color you’d expect from a proper paella - and it tasted bitter and burnt. It seriously felt like they had just reheated some old leftovers. We could barely eat it. We were seated indoors, where it was uncomfortably cold. While we waited 40 minutes for the food, several tables opened up outside. We asked to move to the terrace, but the rude waiter told us all those tables were reserved. Strangely, they remained empty the entire time we were there. To conclude: overpriced, rude service, and food that was nearly inedible. We strongly recommend avoiding this place.
