I saw a lot of positive comments and a very high rating, so I came to eat. They didn't allow me to enter and said that they were closed for the day (it was around 18h). I passed by some 45 minutes later, and saw that some tables were occupied normally and they were not closed. Very interesting.
EDIT: And of course, they reported my comment in the matter of minutes, with some ridiculous accusations. That explains the very high rating.
EDIT 2: Answer to the reply of the restaurant representatives: No, it was not a misunderstanding. I asked if there is a place for one to eat, and got this answer from young lady at the entrance - "sorry, we are closed for today". So I asked again to confirm "so the restaurant is closed for today, no more food?" And the answer was again - "yes, no more food". And the quality and rating of a restaurant does not depend only on the quality of the food. I wanted to try your food, and was not allowed. I felt really bad because of your treatment. Pros: ~ The aesthetic of the place was beautiful, we liked the touch of the candles lighting your way upstairs and everything was very clean ~ A lovely view of the sea ~ Some of the staff were friendly ~ The waiters outfits were a sweet matching touch, very ‘tulum vibes’
Cons: ~ It was 8pm and there was a DJ playing loud EDM Ibiza style music. We asked them to turn it down, which they did slightly. It would have been better for them to start the DJ music at a later time, say 10:30pm onwards. You could see other guests were relieved that I asked them to turn the music down. ~ For two people we spent 170 euros on what was quite underwhelming and average food. Two mains, one wagyu starter, asparagus and potato sides and two basic sangrias. The sauces were tasty but were given sparingly, perhaps they could be more generous with those to improve.
We wish we had gone somewhere else for our last dinner of the holiday but this place has...

The service was warm and engaging, attentive, personalized, with great attention to detail, and an incredible amount of friendliness. The food was an explosion of flavor.
I highly recommend their signature Wagyu Tataki paired with sake, as one of the waiters suggested. Oh my goodness, the meat was silky smooth, juicy, and rich, with beautiful undertone flavors. Truly exceptional.
I also need to say that our waiter made our night, so welcoming, friendly, warm and was willing to explain everything and also shared with us so many red wine options with sweet honestly, which we appreciated greatly.
I visit Mallorca every year, and this restaurant is now on my annual must-visit list. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
