Food was ok for the price, nothing to be excited over but acceptable food nonetheless - cheapest place on the front we found. Pizza was a little tough. The service was poor though, sat down and said hello, made ourselves known. We then got told to wait 5 mins, which we didn’t mind as it was busy. What annoyed us was 3 other tables, who arrived after us, got served and their food given to them before we even got a drink order requested. No interest in serving us for ages, kept being told to wait yet managed to serve tables that arrived after us. Wasn’t impressed, was about to leave as we waited 35 mins to be served. Took well over an hour and a half for a pizza, a burger, a Fanta and a beer. Won’t visit again which is a shame, but seen this is a common occurrence amongst the reviews.
EDIT1 : Owner asks if it was today I left the review, it was not, it was the day before - I’m not dumb enough to be confused, so please do no not insinuate such a thing - as if no one has ever left a review a couple of days later 🙄 for the sheer rudeness there and lack of taking criticism, you’ve knocked yourself down to one star. I suggest you smile when serving customers too, I very rarely leave a negative review but I am so frustrated at how the little things...
Read moreI simply cannot comprehend how a place with such a wonderful setting and excellent location can be ruined by such poor service. I can only echo the comments of previous reviewers — everything should revolve around the guest experience, yet this is exactly where the place falls short.
Update after owner's reply:
Despite speaking in clear English, the simple request for three waters resulted in only one being served. When asking about the iced coffee, we tried to get some clarity beforehand, but what we received was far from expectations — one single ice cube in a separate glass, for €5. It’s not about the price — it's about the principle: that ice cube effectively cost €3.20, and the presentation felt misleading.
Additionally, we waited around 8–10 minutes trying to make eye contact to request the bill, which eventually forced me to walk over and ask directly.
These are basic elements of service that shouldn’t fall short, especially in such a well-situated place with great potential. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken...
Read moreAlthough many people would think this is the kind of restaurant for foreigners, because of the prices and location, my partner and I decided to give it a try. The prices are not cheap but not super expensive; I believe you can find cheaper prices in other places with almost the same menu. I got surprised because the food was very tasty. I honestly thought the food was not going to be that good, but it’s worth it. the service was very good in general, I have heard complaints about personnel asking customers to order food otherwise they need to leave because they don’t order food. I don’t think that is normal behaviour and if that is the case they should announce it at the very entrance. I don’t know if my experience was that good because there weren’t too many customers and because we were looking to eat. Overall, I would recommend you give it a go when you go to the port of Sóller, especially if you see is not that packed. Don’t forget to look at the uploaded pics and like this review if you found...
