Considering it as a gourmet experience, they are the right track but still have much to learn. The tasting menu was bold and strong flavors, but they didn't add up, the presentation was good, but not only one dish didn't follow up on the other, most of them repeated one flavor (miso) and the flavors even conflicted within each dish. • Gyozas de Rabo de Toro: Sabor bastante bueno, textura al vapor • Zamburiñas con mahonesa de kimchi y lima: No destacables por el sabor ni por el tamaño, están buenas pero la mahonesa suaviza tanto el sabor que apaga la chispa • Mantequilla de sardinas: Lo segundo más sorprendente de la comida, a bien, imprescindible marchar sin probarlo • Huevo poché con boletus: Plato muy sabroso y rico por la combinación del huevo con el boletus, siempre combinan bien. • Moussaka: Muy rico en textura y sabor, no es un imprescindible pero si un acierto • Raviolis de Farinato y ave: Rico pero no repetiría, el fondo con sabor intenso, a bien, cantidad muy pequeña • Tarta de queso: EL PLATO ESTRELLA, a pesar de que no soy muy de dulce , este postre se hace un imprescindible, tarta hecha al horno con el interior cremoso, sabor presente de la mezcla de quesos, tonos ligeros de queso azul, por encima lleva una capa de azúcar glas •Tiramisú: Rico Conclusión: Pruebas combinaciones nuevas y en muchos casos acertadas pero una pena que no hubiera conseguido...

What a gem! Four of us dined together. We shared several dishes and desserts. All of them were exceptional and while the ingredients were traditional the preparations were modern, creative, and very tasty. Our waiter was attentive and helpful.
