An absolute gem in Salamanca! I can't give anything less than 5 stars to this wonderful establishment. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of the city that left me in awe. The ambiance is simply enchanting, setting the perfect mood for an unforgettable dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. Every dish I had was an explosion of flavors that delighted my taste buds in the most delightful way possible. The chefs here are true culinary artists, meticulously crafting each plate to perfection. From the first bite, I was hooked and immediately started planning my next visit.

The attention to detail in both presentation and taste is truly remarkable. The ingredients used are fresh and of the highest quality, making each dish a true masterpiece. I particularly recommend trying their salmorejo. It's a culinary delight that will transport you to a realm of pure gastronomic pleasure.

The service was impeccable as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure that every guest had an extraordinary dining experience. Their genuine passion for hospitality shines through in every interaction.

Whether you're a local or a visitor to Salamanca, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. It's a hidden treasure that combines stunning views, mouthwatering cuisine, and top-notch service. Believe me, you won't be able to resist planning your next visit as soon as you experience the first bite. I'm already counting down the days until I can return to this culinary haven. Highly...

On the recommendation of Hospes Palacio San Esteban, we chose to dine at this incredible restaurant—and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. The chef passionately introduced us to the wines and his dishes. His enthusiasm was so contagious that we asked him to surprise us with his finest creations.

Every dish was a delight, beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with care. What truly set the evening apart, though, was the genuine warmth and passion of the entire team.

Thank you all for making our last evening in Salamanca so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Kind regards from...

This is where my son Sam and I had dinner to conclude our day visit to Salamanca. My sister Begona had recommended this place. Outdoor restaurant across the river from the old quarter of Salamanca. You can get there walking on the Roman bridge. The views were very beautiful and romantic. The food, Greek salad and a huge grilled ox rib were out of this world. The waiter was excellent and recommended a local wine, Malahierba, from Sierra de Salamanca D.O. and Rufete varietal. This was very light and similar to Pinot Noir, and really perfumed. A discovery! Thank you! From...
