McDonald's — Restaurant in Salou

Usual new ordering technology at this McDonald's. But 1 machine was down and it was busy. Still managed to order quite quickly and pay cash and collect within 5 minutes. Air con beautiful and cold. Quite a long and narrow seating area inside and a bit crowded. Very, very noisy. More seating area at the side, under a canopy but not air conditioned obviously. Food to usual McDonald's standards. Oreo mcflurry gorgeous! Ladies toilets disgustingly dirty at the time. 1 cubicle with no lock on the door. Both male and female toilets very small due to layout of the building. Insufficient size for the number of visitors. Seem to be too few staff to do too many jobs. Staff...

Wouldn’t rate a single star if I could! Went in this morning to buy a coffee for myself and family member. Went to the counter and the member of staff which was lounged over the counter asked “yeah can I help you?” I asked if I could buy 2 white coffees while pointing to the images of them behind the counter. She said “we don’t do coffees” then sarcastically straight away said “thank you” laughed and walked away. Disgusting behaviour and won’t go there ever again. Awful service even the people behind me heard it and didn’t buy...

Worst McDonald’s ever. Because the manager and the staff are very stupid. Let me not explain how I want it but how other McDonald’s handle stuff: if a customer tells you, you forget mayonaise; you just give them the mayonaise and that’s it. And yes, there will be people that maybe will lie to you, but that’s the costs of doing business.

This McDonald’s let me wait 5 minutes and interrogated me like a criminal.
