Be careful‼️ A-Board advertises day time “deals” until 8pm, namely large beer 2.50€ and gin & tonic 5.50€ Got bill at 7.15pm to be presented with just a total, seemed a little more than we expected so asked for the itemised bill (something I have never done before and have drank her for 22 years‼️) Gin & tonic were 8€ - apparantly we wasnt served the “house” (but we wasnt served the Bombay either which they claimed and admitted we wasn’t) Last “pint” (a pint is 568ml - the large beer is 0.33l) charged 3.40€ Bill questionned and admitted not served Bombay and admitted that last pint price was wrong and were prepared to deduct 1€ but no reductions for the over priced gins (over priced 2.50€) explained had been a regular patron for some 22 years and they were wrong, paid bill 85€, and said sorry but you wont have that revenue for the duration of this holiday or again) Advise to pay as you go in this venue

Regards the answer below: when ordering house gin with the waiter and pointing at the a-board to clarify the gin type one would assume the waiter would know. We can conclude at no point were we asked which gin and when we questionned the bill, one waiter confirmed we were not served Bombay Gin. Note you do not explain why some beers were charged 2.50€ and then one was charged 3.50€ despite it being 7.05pm. Perhaps check your cctv to confirm who is in the right. Either way we have been over charged 13.50€ which nobody wished to resolve and until it is we will not return, therefore meaning your potential loss of 70€ plus per day Still awaiting response on refund and when you read the low ratings, nearly all relate to similar experience and then when a poor rating appears whoosh in comes an influx of new positive reviews - thats when the free shot...

My partner and I have been to Gran Canaria twice this year and have frequently visited the blue Havana bar. It's friendly, exciting yet relaxing and atmospheric. The decor is of an eclectic mixture yet stylish and crisp. The toilets are always clean and fresh. The music by DJ William is great and varied guaranteed to play a song or 2 or 3 that you can't help but sing along to. The cocktails are fantastic, you have to try the frozen strawberry dacherie. You can just sit and people watch outside and on a chilly evenings there are always the log burning stoves to warm you up. You cannot walk through the Yumbo centre without enjoying a drink or 2 at the Blue Havana bar. We give this bar a 10 out of 10 stars. See you soon...
