HabaRoma hosteria Restaurant Pizzeria romana — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

Visited for the first time last night. Upon arriving the table was dirty and the waitress brushed all the food from the table onto the floor and I had to ask for her to wipe the table properly as there was sauce still present on the table that had been left by a previous customer.

Smoking is also allowed inside the restaurant and you are almost sitting next to the person on the next table as they are so close. For a non smoker this was not ideal as the people next to us were smoking and all we could smell was tobacco smoke through our meal.

We went on to order drinks which came quickly and when the waitress delivered the drinks and then we ordered food. The food arrived 20 minutes after ordering and I then asked the waitress if I could get another drink and she said she would come back to get my drinks order which was strange.

15 minutes went by no one came, I had to eat my meal without a drink which was not ideal. I tried calling the waitress over but was completely ignored. When the waitress visited the table next to us we tried to get her attention but again was not acknowledged.

It came to the end of the meal and we wanted to leave so we could get a drink elsewhere and again could not get anyone's attention. I had to walk over and ask for the bill and the waitress said she would come over. Another waitress came and took our plates in the meantime and although we were leaving she did not ask if we wanted another drink.

The first waitress who I asked the bill for came over and asked if we wanted desert before she got the bill and I stated that I didn't due to the service. She just looked and then walked off got the bill and we finally paid and left.

I was sincerely disappointed at the service as the food was good, such a shame as we were recommended this place by a friend and looking at the reviews online we was hopeful. Unfortunately I will not be...

Have travelled to GC for twenty two years and never had such a bad experience as we had here. Forty minutes waiting for our four meals to arrive and then, 2 meals arrived followed by the third about five minutes later, the final arrived minutes later still... After which cutlery and condiments finally arrived. The food was poor, cold and to put it blunt, I reckon a microwave meal would have tasted better. It was the most amateur rough and disgusting experience we have ever had. They never even checked if our meal was even good so we could raise issues, after serving it. I would recommend avoiding this place. Even getting the bill was an epic adventure worthy of a J R Tolkien...

We love this place! So welcoming, great pizza & pasta, and always found us a table, even at their busiest time throughout Winter Pride 2019! So why only 3 stars then?! Didn't see Pizzeria Superman on the list of official sponsors of Winter Pride 2019, that's why! We really want to come back again next November for Winter Pride 2020, but it won't happen unless they get more sponsorships from businesses like you who enjoy the extra revenue made during Winter Pride. Please guyz, it'll great to see Pizzeria Superman up there as an official sponsor next year, but it won't happen without you, or us! Thanks guyz!...
