We were so lucky to have stayed over the road from this restaurant for a month. From the very first time we visited we were welcomed by the lovely friendly people who were so kind and generous. Lost track of how many times we ate there, got a takeaway or just called in for a drink. The food was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. We had different pasta dishes, steak and pizzas and all were cooked to perfection. My favourite was the trio of bruschetta, do not miss it if you visit. It is situated in a quiet road and is not somewhere you would just walk by unless you were staying locally. It is a short taxi ride from Playa del Ingles or from Melenoras where you would pay twice as much for food so well worth the taxi fare to eat here - approximately €6. Lots of easy parking close by if you drive. A great place to just eat and chill, calm atmosphere and you are never rushed. We will miss them until next time we are back in...
Read moreWhat a wonderful place to dinne in and enjoy of a relaxed atmosphere. From the 7 days I spent in the area, I went 5 and every day was even better. Loved the family like welcome and that the chef, proper chef, would offer a special meal (when not busy). Had the opportunity to chat to them, and they make everything from fresh, it might take a bit longer to get the meals out (obviously franchises don't have this issue) bu, t this is only for how much attention they put on the detail and respect for the food cooking and resting times. Many thanks, family, for delightful welcomes...
Read moreAvoid this place. Food takes forever to get served, even when there's 6 staff members balling around. Waiters are dressed in flipflops and tanktops and do not even know how to cover their sneezing. The chef goes smoking every now and then, and he doesnt seem to have proper chef clothing either. Overall the vibe is disgusting and really annoying.
Pizzas were ok but lasagne was worst ever. Fully burned and no flavour at all. Prices are pretty low, so I don't know how they afford to pay the 6 staff. Shady business or not, would...
