Na'und — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

Staff here have a major attitude problem. I've spent hundreds of euros in drinks here this week and every time I visit and I got actually screamed at and insulted by a Spanish mid 40s bar tender because I took too long to use the toilet. I took 1 minute and he was screaming in my face that I took "half an hour" and all sorts of insults in broken English - he did not scream at any Spanish people using toilets whilst he waited for a free toilet - clearly has an issue with English people.

If I buy copious amounts of your overpriced drinks I should be able to spend more than 30 seconds using the toilet. Major attitude problem, why hire staff that hate customers!? I will NEVER frequent this bar ever again. The staff here are surly all the time but this...

Na'und is the best bar in the Yumbo centre. Lucas the owner is the best. He welcomes everyone that comes in and is very charming and brilliant with the customers. The bar and waiting staff are so good at there jobs, your never without a drink and they are all lovely towards the customers. The music is so good and a good variety. This place has such a good atmosphere. We were over here in october at the fetish pride, it was amazing. Really busy everywhere which made it a really good atmosphere wherever you went. This bar is one of the reasons why we keep coming back. You can't beat having a good local when your on holiday. I well recommend Na'und bar for the hospitality and entertainment. Love this...

The bar gets quite busy after 11pm but it is quite pricey Euro 4.90 per pint of lager, oh yeah nearly forgot, typical European short measures too, if you let your drink settle you'll end up with between 1/2 and 3/4 of a pint. Alright for the older men as they tend to nurse a bottle of water or Coke for a few hours anyway. Had to admire some of the older guys dancing together, some whom were very good, whilst others still tried their best. But why have that awful musak, was like listening to the German and Spanish entries for the Eurovision Song Contest all night long, I eventually had to put on Spotify and put my ear buds in...
