Best Chinese food in gran canaria! Being Chinese myself and a huge fan of Cantonese cuisine, good Chinese food was something i had noted at being absent in the culinary fabric of Gran Canaria. Golden Bamboo gifted me a huge surprise. Due to the small Chinese population in Gran Canaria, getting asian ingredients can be challenging . Golden Bamboo rose to the occasion delivering a flavorful wanton soup, impressively crispy cantonese duck in orange sauce on our first visit, on our second visit they blew us away with authentic cantonese steamed Vieja which we ordered in advance. Definitely my choice for Chinese food whenever I’m in Gran Canaria.

The dishes didn’t have the typical heavy or overly salty MSG feel—instead, everything tasted clean, fresh, and delicious, which made it feel much healthier without compromising on flavour.
