In short. Everything needs time. Normally you are here for vacation, nothing should rushed. I think thats what restaurants normally go for. All comes with time.
So let's check the different topics.
Food A basic in working with garlic is, that burned garlic is bitter and can ruin your food. So the restaurant should check on that again. The prices seem a bit high, in más palomas You can get the same for less. It feels like a tourist fee on top. Salt is a big ingredient in everything it seems, so please maybe a bit less enhances the food. The meat is fine. Sirloin steak is good. We wanted medium and they brought us rare meat, so It needed to go another round. Medium steak is not hard to make.
Service Like I said at the beginning, everything takes time. And No1 writes something down, which is impressive but unnecessary. Overall they are nice and nothing really to complain about.

Helpful, good english skills and...
