It's cute. I wouldn't call it a beautiful beach A 15-minute walk from the nearest bus station. So too bad if you didn't rent a car. It's impossible to bathe as the shore is so rocky we were afraid of cutting our feet in stones or worse. Could barely stand, couldn't get far enough to swim. Signs all around warn about how dangerous it is because of the rocks. The few people who did try to brave the rocks, very close to the shore, were pulled back by lifeguards. Yes, it's that dangerous. Read moreThis beach is surprisingly good for sonrkeling! We came just after the low tide, and it was great. There was an abundance of sea slugs! Literally hundreds of them! Mostly greyish with some white and some dark brown as well. Have also seen some starfish. Pretty big schools of parrot fish. Also the usual wrasses, and the black fish with violet fin tips that I don't know the name of yet as well. Also came across some scorpion fish...will add additional underwater photos as soon as I can sort them and edit the ones...

A couple hundred metres or so back there was an adobe hut where a guy sold beer, wine, rum and coke. There was a small restaurant on the edge of the beach that was open in the afternoons.
