Toro Plaza Steak House — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

So, we chose this place accidentaly, we drove by it and got back because it looked real good from outside. We were seated by one waiter, then another was passing by and we ordered with him. We waited 20 minutes before anything came, and it was by non logical order. Our daughters nuggets, then after a couple of minutes her apple juice(with huge ice cube), she is only 2 years old.. then after more waiting another waiter is coming with the rest of the drinks. He asks about the wine and eve though i am telling him that it's for me he still puts and serves in front of my wife. The wine was wrong ofcourse, i didnt order that. He changed without saying anything and left. After 5 minutes the 1st waiter that seated us brings the food, some pasta for me and some weird grilled chicken.. she ordered chicken schintzel, not ordinary grilled chicken. Another mistake, they took the plate like we were wrong, not them.. again without saying anything. After more waiting my wife gets her dish, but it doesnt look nor taste like chicken schnitzel. And my plate was dirty as they just served my food in a plate that someone ate spaghetti bolognese or similar. So disgustingly dirty. We kept eating anyway. Asked for ketchup, they brought it again with no word said. No commmunication, no apology for anything. And i have to mention that they didnt had as much work as when we sat there. It was almost empty. My wife in the meanwhile already angry and disgusted of their behaviour asked for the bill. On the kids menu it said that with every ordered meal they serve ice cream as well. As she asked for the bill she asked our daughters ice cream, because no one came to bring it or mention something or ask when to be served. Nothing. If she didnt ask for it, we wouldnt have gotten it, thats for sure. They brought it, again with waiting and 2 times asking what flavour we want, and the bill along. Our daughter fell asleep in the meanwhile, so my wife said she will eat the ice cream. In the meantime 10 minutes passed, the bill was on the table, but no one was coming to collect the payment. My wife takes the spoon for the ice cream which was brought with the ice cream together and saw that it wasnt even washed from before. Some oil on it, some green leaves of something, completely disgusting!! After couple of minutes a waiter came to charge us and we told that we are dissappointed and that it was not good at all. The waiters question was only: Why? She explained most of the stuff, but he didnt even listened to the end and left the table offended. No one came to say at least one sorry or anything. This is my Audit FEEDBACK as IT Quality Engineer. I knew this restaurant for 3 years ago when it was CLOSED, and each time I saw the owners who have Chinese apearence coming sometimes with their little ANGEL (daughter) for provide water for the plants still living there, my heart was broken and I PRAY to my God to help them. Thank to God, you open last year and I was FULL FILLED of pleasure acting you SUCESS seing the affluence of the restaurant. I never went to taste your meals because I enjoy SMALL restaurant where you eat as if you were in the your grandmother's home, but ALL THE PERSONS who leave from your restaurant have a BIG SMILE so they ENJOY a lot your menu, and how you welcoming them. This was the POSITIVE point.

Now the NEGATIVE : On Saturday the restaurant put in the entrance a LGBTQ flag, I disagree this actuation because you are sending a WRONG information. You put it because it was a GAY PRIDE day, but don't forget that LGBTQ people and there MEETINGS to enjoy LIFE is one of the notoriety of Maspalomas so I think that you HAVE to be PROUD to locate the LGBTQ flag beside the Spanish flag instead of a MARKETING LGBTQ flag in the entrance the day of LGBTQ activities.
