Really bad atmosphere. Music is allright, but the staff mostly consists of misfit teenage troublemakers who don’t want to be at work, and are succeeding in sharing this feeling with the guests, or at least with our party. Totally uninterested and not helpful at all, when we couldn’t understand what they were saying because of a language barrier they acted rude and non-supportive whatsoever. When I wanted something to eat there was absolutely no help or explanation about the food at all. We left our food and drinks because the quality was bad and not fresh at all. Maybe it wasn’t fresh because it was later in the evening, but that shouldn’t be an excuse in San Sebastián. Read moreI would recommend getting your receipt(which we didn't get ours) and checking your bill carefully. Take a look at my photos of the tapas, including 4 glasses of beer, it cost us 55€.
During our visit, we observed 2 other tables disputing their receipts. 1 was an old lady who went off disappointed while the other table of 6 won their dispute. They were even offered an half glass of beer to "sweeten" them before they go.
We went to somewhere else after this and had a better deal for half the price we paid here. There must be a reason why this restaurant is not crowded with locals at 9pm.
