Ogi Berri Matia — Restaurant in San Sebastián

i am thoroughly disappointed and will never visit an ogi berri again. I ordered two coffees and two orange juice. The lady charged me 11 euros!!! I wasnt thinking at the time but after visiting another one the same day I noticed that the actual price was nowhere near 11 euros. I believe the cashier decided to charge me more as she could see that i was a foreigner and took advantage of it. I am truly frustrated and as a result the company is giving me a bad view and experience on the country i am visiting. Didn’t read the reviews before coming here. Wish I did. This place is a rip off! Had a mediocre sandwich which cost €14!!! And an orange juice for €8. Total bill for my partner and I was €43. When I went in to ask why and see a menu - there was none. No prices anywhere. The lady had “made a mistake” about the size of orange juice and corrected it to €5. But still an insane price. I’ve been to the best restaurants in San Sebastián and have paid less. A lot of locals seem to go there so I’m not sure if they have different prices for tourists....

Beware! Staff come across as very nice and friendly, but then they rip you off massively. No prices anywhere and they overcharged us for a basic breakfast - 16 euros!!!! When we asked to see the prices they were hand-written on a scrap of paper - they obviously just saw we were tourists and decided to take us for a ride! Crazy that they could charge that amount for two breakfasts (bread and tomato, coffee and juice!) when a few minutes up the road you can eat incredibly elaborate pintxos for a couple of euros.
