Monday August 18 4:25pm - time to let your barista "explore new horizons" I normally drink a straight espresso but syra is roasted too dark for me. Oh well, thats fine. I ordered a cortado for my wife and it came out tasting like a latte. I confronted the barista about this, asking him if he wanted to taste it and he said verbatim, "no i do not want to taste your drink. " fine, i guess you'll take my word for it somethings wrong. I told him maybe its possible he ran water through and old puck he smirked like i have no idea what i just said. I asked him to remake with an extra shot and he tried to charge me not just extra shot, but full price. Not long ago, I asked for specialty coffes and brew methods and they were kind to teach me a couple thing (thank you!). If you're looking for a co-working space, this is the place, the music is soft jazzy, the surrondings is silent. Read moreHonestly, this IS the greatest refuge in the entire city. The coffee and tea selection is fantastic, the space is so calm and chill and perfect for a little hideout to work. The staff is incredible inviting and engaging, unlike other cafes in town where it seems they don’t want to even talk to you. And being so close to the beach and Mount Igeldo, I personally can’t think of a smarter spot.
