We'd booked a lunch in an outdoor table here in advance for 6 people. When we got there and asked for some drinks, we got the nasty surprise that zuritos (mini-beers) aren't served in the outdoor terrace, not even when you are paying for 6 full meals afterwards!. Never minded, we still ordered our food in a very good mood. It's absolutely incomprensible that half and hour later after having ordered it! we were said that we couldn't be served beans with eggs dish because they were out of eggs baked at a low temperature. We reacted asking for poached eggs as a replacement. They had to admit that they ran out of eggs (although there are many supermarkets nearby). We ordered another dish but had to wait more than half an hour to be served. A plate of beans with ox tail turned out but with no meat in it, only bone. Even when they noticed our dissapointment they didn't make the effort to amend It (inviting us for our cofees would have been enough). By the way and not less important, it was very expensive. Disastrous ligistical management, no manners neither apologies. Our conclusion was that we'd be rewarding other good restautants' profesionalism, quality and ethics. Fortunately, this amazing city is...
Read moreFood is quite nice, we had four different raciones, including the bravas txixi and artichokes. When we sat down on the small terraced area, a young male waiter was outside but kept glancing over us, not making any eye contact. It was not until his female colleague came over that our table was cleaned. We ordered, again with the female colleague. The four "raciones" ordered came in batches of two. We wanted to order some more dishes after the first round (our glassed were empty too by this time) but could not get the attention of the waiter, even when waiving and even when he - extremely quickly- put down the 2nd batch of dishes on the table. We went inside to order, but were told this could not be done. It's a pity the service is so bad, again, especially due to the young...
