Bandido Ibiza — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

My wife and i tried here on Tuesday eve. Ordered multiple things one being Patatas bravas, we were handed cooked frozen potato smiley faces with sauce over them instead. Asked the waitress to take them off the bill and she came back and said that her manager said no that we have to pay as they are patatas bravas which they obv weren’t (pic attached) 😂 we asked to speak to the manager and she came back to say he wasn’t there, we still refused to pay and left the money for the rest of the bill deducting the €8.50 for the patatas bravas. Suddenly the manager was there (I suspect he was there along but couldn’t be bothered to deal with the situation and leaving his staff to do the dirty work), we tried to speak to him and he said he didn’t speak english (again leaving his staff to do the dirty work). When leaving the young waitress came over and was annoyed saying that her manager was going to take the money for the bravas out of her wages. we handed the young waitress the €8.50 as we didn’t want her to be out money.

What kind of manager is running this place, he pretends not to be there to avoid his customers, he pretends not to speak english, and is willing to deduct money out of his staffs wages for reasons out of their control.

Definitely wont be back near...

We visited this bar and ordered a Sex on the Beach and a Strawberry Daiquiri. Unfortunately, we had to wait 50 minutes for our drinks, during which time the bartender brought us the wrong order twice. When we finally received the correct drinks, they were very disappointing—the Sex on the Beach tasted like nothing more than ice, vodka, and cranberry juice, and the Daiquiri was completely bland. It’s clear the staff lack both the training to make proper cocktails and the ability to take accurate orders.
