Absolutely shocking service by the guys running this place. Me and four friends called the establishment during early pm hours to confirm certain ingredients in foods due to allergies. We were told we would be catered accordingly so we drove 30 minutes to the location only to be welcomed by the same member of staff who we liaised with, who completely denied any acknowledgment of talking to us prior. We then reconfirmed whether our requests could be met and the waiter abruptly replied shouting he didn’t know. We were shocked by this interaction and proceeded to go to the front of house area which we met a lady who was working at the till/bar. We then asked the lady and while she was speaking to us, the manager rushed up to us screaming, and this was his EXACT words “why are you harassing this lady”. Completely stereotyping us. Again, we were absolutely shocked by this and proceeded to tell the man that we were simply asking the bartender/worker a question regarding the food. He did not once want to hear what we had to say and aggressively told his colleague to escort us outside. Never have I ever in my life received this type of service or interaction in a Restaurant and as a Restaurant owner myself, would deem this outrageous. I would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone as there as much better alternatives on the same road where we were greeted with a smile. The owner needs to get the management of this place replaced because the attitude and behaviour we received from here was insulting. Our whole night got ruined due to this interaction and it is something we will take...

I was staying in Ibiza for 5days and I didn't discover this place until the last two days of the trip. I wish I discovered this place sooner because I would've eaten here everyday!

The food is SO GOOD, so flavorful, I was so impressed! You can smell the spices as you approach this place. The chicken tikka masala was perfectly spiced, it tasted authentic! I kept thinking about their menu at the end of the day, I wanted to come back for more! The next day we came at 11am but they were still serving breakfast. So I decided to get their açai bowl to hold me off until lunch. We stayed until lunch because I was so curious to try their other dishes. I opted for the El pollo Rico, it was okay, the rice was overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Despite this, overall their menu is so appetizing!

I appreciate the menu disclosing allergies. My spouse is allergic to gluten and there are many gluten-free options available.

Service is exceptional! The first day we came, when we ordered Sangria (which was deliciously strong. The moment a server saw our glass was becoming empty, they would promptly come by and refill the glass. What impressed me the most was on the second day, by early afternoon there was a lineup at the door and it began to rain. The staffed HUSSLED to make tables by bringing in the furniture from the patio inside. Great job maximizing opportunity and keeping your guests happy!

During our recent visits, we’ve enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the crispy chicken wrap, chicken avocado burrito, chimichanga, mushroom baos, and pad Thai…all bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Each dish showcases their commitment to fresh, vibrant ingredients and creative preparation. One thing to note: reservations are highly recommended, as this spot is understandably popular. Another reason we love Mumak is their reliability…they tend to stay open when many other great restaurants in Ibiza close, making it our go-to during our stays.
