Very nice restaurant, located a stone's throw away from the beach, open till late at night, and serving mostly fish dishes. The service is very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere cozy and relaxed. We had a paella that really hit the spot, and the aioli we had as an entrée was definitely the best I've ever had. I would bet anything that it was 100% homemade, as it had a strong yet welcome fresh egg flavour to it. But the hands-down winner of the evening was the grilled octopus: flavourful, cooked to perfection, it melted on our tongues in a way I didn't even think possible. I'd go back everyday only for that.

We arrived in Ibiza about a week ago, and Sa Sal was the first place we visited for a meal—and I can definitely recommend it! The restaurant is just a few meters from the sea—literally right in front of it—creating a truly enchanting atmosphere. The aesthetic is rustic yet sophisticated, which really enhances the whole experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, guiding us through the menu since we weren’t very familiar with Spanish cuisine. We had some fantastic cocktails recommended by Luigi, who was absolutely great. We loved it so much that we kept coming back throughout the week. I would wholeheartedly recommend this...

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el ambiente nos cautivó: una mezcla perfecta entre la brisa marina, música relajante y una decoración moderna pero acogedora.
