The Oyster & Caviar Bar — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

As a guest at the hotel, I went here specifically for oysters since one of the few places to get them on the island and when we checked in, we were promised a free bottle of champagne here as well. My friends and I waited for 20 minutes just to be SEATED when the place had plenty of open tables. Once seated, we waited another 30 minutes for our order to be taken which it never was. When my friend tried to speak to a server the server waved them away and kept walking, completely ignoring us. Since we were starving after an hour of waiting, we left. Extremely disappointed as a guest of the hotel that they cannot accommodate their own guests and treat them so rudely. we decided to book other hotel this year. because service usually bad in ushuaia last 2 years. we booked hard rock. and last day of our holidays we decided to have a lunch at Ushuaia pool caviar bar, ….so… was many people AS USUAL! normal thing its holidays and everywhere in all restaurants are many guests! we ve been waiting 15 minutes to be served, then waving to the all waiters (such a mess). nobody cares. we ve been waiting 30 minutes and walked away. Foi péssima, fizemos uma viagem para Ibiza, onde nos hospedamos nos melhores hotéis, Pacha, Hard Rock e Ushuaia no último dia, mas um garçom chamado Ismael estragou nossa viagem…pedimos erroneamente um Sashimi ao invés de um sushi, e o chef educadamente trocou, foi um verdadeiro Gentleman, durante a tarde minha companheira pediu um hambúrguer e o mesmo não veio, fui até os garçons e cobrei o “sanduíche” mas eles entenderam que era um club sandwich e mandaram errado, tudo bem, acontece , línguas diferentes..mas a minha companheira não come frango, qdo ela explicou que estava errado, foi hostilizada por esse garoto, que aos berros disse que já tínhamos pedido para trocar o pedido, um menino c idade para ser nosso filho…nos constrangeu e fez com que a experiência no hotel fosse terrível. Isso durou algum tempo, envolvendo várias pessoas do hotel totalmente diferentes desse garoto mas é Inaceitável…foi o pior tratamento que...
