We had tried every restaurant on the strip this was by far the worst of them. 4 out of our 8 meals were inedible. Pasta was re heated in a microwave and just placed into a bowl still in the shape of a square. The tapas options potatas bravas and tomato bread were inedible and also heated through a microwave. We broke a glass accidentally and not one member of staff came over to help mop the mess. We then tried to explain the issues with food (that we hadn’t eaten) and we were met with aggression from Angela and no apology we asked to have a few of those dishes removed from the bill but she said no and get out. Worst service we have received which is a shame as all other restaurants have been lovely food and good service. I would stay clear of this hell hole of a restaurant. They make it out it’s busy and reserved but it’s a ploy to get people in don’t fool for it. Just to add no waiter at any point came to check our food was okay when we had full plates sitting, they also gave 2 of our dishes to another table and took them back to the kitchen for a few minutes and re heated it. It’s just the worst service imaginable * I’d like to add now the restaurant has replied once again in an aggressive manor no one shouted at you nor did anyone throw bread in your face. You were unwilling to help, apologies or co operate to fix our concerns. No one came to check on us, the glass was not mopped in 30 seconds. And the table behind us also complained as you gave them no cups for drinks and also gave reheated pasta. I’ll let people see your reply and manor and make there own mind up. Travellers use casa Fermin they’re...
Read moreThe absolute best restaurant for lovely food and service along the strip of a few restaurants by the beach. When we go on holiday, we do not want to eat English food or be catered to as such, so it was nice to find a restaurant where we weren’t looking at a menu full of chips, goujons etc The food is delicious, cooked well and large in portion. Also very reasonably priced. We dined here 4/7 nights during our stay, unfortunately most of our meals were take away due to our baby being poorly, but that wasn’t too much or difficult for the restaurant to cater for. We were so so grateful. Even as a takeaway, the food was cooked beautifully and packaged up well. We as a couple recommend the steak, the suckling pig and the Biscayan cod to name a few. Thank you so much for accommodating us, holidayers to this area need not dine anywhere else in this location. A huge thank you as well to the very kind and welcoming waitress that served us and accommodated to our needs every single time, I’m so sorry that we didn’t...
Read moreWe holiday in Punta Prima twice a year and we spend most of our time eating at this restaurant - we love it! The meat and fish are always cooked perfectly, and their homemade puddings are so tasty. I would highly recommend their Mahon cheese ice-creams, especially the honey and nut one, it's like nothing I've ever tasted before - delicious! Angela is so friendly and welcoming, and runs the restaurant really well. We also met the incredible chef, Jose, who clearly takes great pride in his work. Also, we had a situation during our most recent holiday to Punta Prima, where my husband ended up in hospital while we were there. I would often come to this restaurant for lunch with my two young daughters as it's such a friendly atmosphere, which was really appreciated during a stressful and worrying time. Angela always asked after my husband and was really attentive with the kids which was lovely. We can't wait to come back...
