Coffee 5/5 - it’s a must visit if you enjoy speciality coffee.

Superb coffee - some of the best I’ve had all through Spain. The espresso had a wonderful flavor profile and they take their time to prepare it really well. Tried a few different orders with/without milk etc and they were all really good. I made the mistake of NOT trying the barraquito, you should!

They offer a few smaller sandwiches and some cakes, the ones I tried were all good and tasty but you would probably go to a bakery if you’re really after something special on that front. Their selection made perfect sense for this type of shop and were all of good quality so if you fancy a snack with your coffee go for it.

Staff was polite and quick, didn’t interact too much other than order and pay but seems like they are friendly with their regulars and chatty if you want to. Visited a bunch of times through a week and already by the second day they remembered my order, much appreciated.

This location is a lovely inside patio with lots of light from above in a beautiful wooden structure. Around 6-7 proper tables for 2-4 people and two smaller bar-style...

Beautiful patio but awfully coffee for been supposedly a speciality coffee shop. Only brewed one type (always!) Americano tasted like murky water. There are coffee beans it take home at reasonable (ish) price but after that brew I doubt I’ll be buying any.

On the following day when I eventually decided to buy some beans young girl at the counter turned so arrogant that I’ve nearly drone my jaw.

To the question about varieties she said - go and see at the shelves as I don’t know.

To the question why don’t you known as you are a speciality coffee shop? She said - I cans leaf everything and that employed doesn’t pay for any of my training. What is that to do with the customer? If you are not happy with employer, go and get another job but don’t bring it to the customer.

Wrong price is as charged (typical attempt to overcharge). To the question don’t you know prices of your products? She said Hace a Nice Day.

And finally, to the question why are you so badly mannered with the customer? She said nothing. Perhaps that question was never asked before or the employed didn’t include it...

I visited today and for the first time in a Don Manuel the service was terrible. None of the "usual" staff were working. I asked for a coffee and a bagel. The coffee came, and 20 mins later a rock hard overcooked bagel which the server had clearly forgotten about so heated 2 times. I took it to the counter and explained that it wasn't good as it was like a rock. No apology, nothing. The response was ," there aren't anymore!" I am in Spanish and English so it wasn't a case of " lost in translation!" but a case of " I don't care!" Usually the service is really good but...

Friendly staff. Great coffee and great cake in an outstanding building. The list of coffee was small, but very nice. Slight hiccup that we ordered 2 cappuccinos and 1 cortado but got 1 cappuchino and 2 cortado. But we didn't mind that much. Building it is inside is absolutely stunning and the lotus biscoff cheesecake was some of the best I had. 👌

One of the most interesting cafes in La Palma. They have speciality coffee and you have an option to choose coffee beans. The coffee was excellent and it was a pleasure to drink it in such a nice place. Their sandwiches are fresh and really tasty. I will definitely come back when I visit La Palma again.
