Warmer with each visit, as we both got to know each other...this place grew our relationship. That relationship was as friendship, family, warm fondness for vermouth and great, fresh food...huge knowledge growth on the subject of vermouths.
The staff and owner...ohhh...and that behind-the-scenes chef...each was more special with mutual time invested.
We tasted 8 very different vermouths, this is where one would come to learn and experience...KNOW....vermouth, vermouth culture, background and nuances that richen the VERMOUTH WORLD...
Food...excellent...the mussels are a must with a vermouth tomato cream...the sardines, boneless and egg-dipped/fried...the potatoes brava and those with the crab....the meatballs....all...very nice vermouth pub foods...super high marks on all elements in this college....collection....higher education of...VERMOUTH.
So...final thoughts...go more than once, just like vermouth, it takes time to grow in...them to you...you to them.... Vermouth to flow in...fill in all your spaces....vermouth, like kisses, grow better with each encounter...with growing intimacy...with setting comfort...Angel is the owner, give him your patronage...and flower a wonderful journey in Vermouth Land, vermouth paradise....soon....so run, don't walk...do it now...short hours of opening, but more than adequate to nurture this fantastic...
