Awful staff and food. 4 of us are here. 2 family's. Not 1 person ate more than 1/2 their food. Both kids said their chicken was tough and horrible and only ate 1 nugget each. It all looked the part. Sadly did not taste the same. The waiter cleared the table and did not even ask why so much food left. When explained to the lady in charge all she wanted to do was argue that no one else in 2 years had complained. I asked if the chef had wondered why we had not eaten his food but she said she just threw it away and continued to argue without even letting me talk. She really needs to watch a few episodes of kitchen nightmares to see why so many restaurants fail due to this exact sort of awful customer service and lack of pride in what they serve shown by the lack of respect shown to a customer with a genuine complaint. I can only assume like most in Cala D'or that they don't care as don't see anything as repeat business. Awful place. Awful lady in charge. Disgusted and she did not care 1 bit and just accused me of being awkard. Does not deserve to be in any customer facing role. If the owner of this place reads this I would have a serious talk with your staff before they run your business into the ground and if she is the owner good luck if you continue to treat a paying customer like this. I am simply amazed so many good reviews for burgers that are not even home made. The burgers from BK that I had to get the kids after this debacle was actually nicer. How sad is that. If I pay for food I do not expect it to be pre brought. A burger in a restaurant that claims to specialise in them should always be home made. In fact any restaurant that does not should not be charging premium prices for 1. Shameful. I had a plain burger which obviously does not allow the quality to be hidden by loading it with other things. My wife thought hers was nice until she tried some of he meat on its own. I went through all the 5* reviews for this place and all the ones mentioning burgers were covered in extras so I think the poor quality of the meat was masked. I cannot see any other explanation. And of course the staff were lovely. Until I complained then it all went downhill and I think a sign of a great manager is how they deal with a complaint. I was not offered any discount whatsoever. I just was shouted at while the waiter stood next to her flexing...

The waiter dropped most of my fries on the floor. He quickly swept them up and that was it. I hoped he'd at least offer a replacement/supplement. I didn't ask either. I was waiting to see what they would do.

The restaurant just changed ownership. The food is okay now, but not like it was with the previous people. There are better places to eat close by, and I'm only hungry twice a day, so I have the opportunity to still get something that is really good.

The place is great for viewing sporting events. Excellent television sets. Might be a better place to sit after eating elsewhere and...

My wife and I have eaten here for lunch twice this holiday (after having a good experience here when we were down Cala D'Or for just one day last year). The food quality, service and prices are we so much better than what's on the beaches so suggest you walk another 200 add further to eat here. The 1st time we ate we shared a pulled pork nachos (with an extra pot of jalapeños). Thr 2nd time we had tgd same again plus also tempura chicken and honey mustard dips. All delightful and most...
